Copying, reproducing, transmitting or recording any part of this website and all of it's contents without the express consent of XCV DESIGN is prohibited and offenders will be prosecuted by the full extent of the law. The plain and simple truth is that if you copy and/or use any part of my artwork, whether it's for personal and/or commercial reasons, or use anything that is contained in this website , it's considered stealing, very dishonest and above all - it's very bad karma!

Due to limitations with desktop scanners and the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors, colours displayed on your screen may not be an accurate reproduction of the actual product or design. Different computers, tablets and smart phone screens, operating systems and even different web browsers have differing colour characteristics. This is why it is nearly impossible to get any given colour to look the same on every screen. XCV DESIGN strives to make colours as accurate as possible and these limitations are out of our control. As part of our professional working relationship, the XCV DESIGN Terms and Conditions (Graphic Designer-Client Agreement) details the rights and obligations of both the client (you) and the Graphic Designer (me).
